Whether you are 18 or 98, it is never too late to try something new and fun for yourself!

Beginning Ballet
Establish a stronger connection to your body with Ballet! Class works to improve balance and coordination while strengthening muscle groups through barre and center exercises.  Increase your flexibility and range of motion while learning to move with fluidity, grace and ease. Wear comfortable athletic clothing that permits movement. Emphasis is placed on the basics of Ballet for true beginners. Ballet shoes encouraged but not required. 

Beginning Tap
Learn basic footwork, time steps and fun tap phrases in this adult class built for beginning tappers. Class incorporates distinct and unique rhythms and patterned footwork with an emphasis on its relationship to musicality. Wear comfortable athletic clothing that permits movement. Taps shoes not necessary, but highly encouraged.
