HOMESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
This class is a mixed level, coed class, created for homeschool students. Fundamental skill building on each of the Olympic apparatus takes place; focusing on coordination, flexibility, proper form, and tumbling techniques. Students are evaluated throughout the month by our lead instructors.
DRESS CODE
Fitted shirt (no bare midriffs), athletic shorts, bare feet, hair pulled out of the face, no jewelry, and clothing free of zippers, snaps, and hoods.
make up policy
Viking offers make-up classes when enrolled in a monthly class only. A 24 hour advance notice must be given in order to receive a make-up class. Make-ups do not expire and can be used while enrolled. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. If enrolling in a single day class offering, there are no refunds or makeups allowed for missed classes.

- Thursdays: 1:05-2:00pm
