Pullover/Kickover
This clinic is for Girls Silver level gymnasts. Gymnasts will be working on multiple drills to improve their pullovers on bars and backbend kickovers on floor.
Back Handspring
This clinic is for Girls Platinum, Boys Gold, and Boys Advanced Rec level gymnasts. Gymnasts will be working on multiple drills to improve their back handsprings.
Back Hip Circles/Beam Handstands
This clinic is for Girls Gold level gymnasts. Gymnasts will be working on multiple drills to improve their back hip circles on bars and handstands on beam.
Handstand/Cartwheel
This clinic is for Girls and Boys Purple and Silver level gymnasts. Gymnasts will be working on multiple drills to improve their handstands, and cartwheels on floor.
When clinic dates are added, they will be listed with their respective clinic!
Register now, as there are a limited number of spaces in each clinic. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Clinics are $35 for your first child, siblings will receive a 10% discount. Fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
